SHIPPING POLICY:

Our shipping policy covers ALL OF CANADA!

Ensuring the delivery of the finest quality tropical plants and products to you in a healthy and satisfied condition is our top priority.

I. Delivery Options

At checkout, please choose from one of the following:

1. Local Pick up:

Kindly be informed that our location is a private residence and not a physical store. Hence, kindly provide us with your phone number while placing your order. We will then work with you to schedule a convenient date and time for the pick-up of your order. Normally in 1-3 days for preparing.
2. Nation-wide Shipping: 
Currently, our primary shipping method is through Canpar, FedEx, Purolator, and UPS.

Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for any shipments that are misplaced, stolen, or delayed by the courier. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for such occurrences.

We do NOT ship to P.O. Box.

NOTE: Kindly ensure that a responsible individual is present to receive the package during the delivery time, or it should not be left unattended outdoors for more than 15 minutes for live plant orders in winter. In any other case, we regret to inform you that we cannot take any action to resolve this issue on your behalf, especially in winter/autumn.

 

II. Shipping Rates

The estimated shipping cost will be computed in the shopping cart and confirmed during the checkout process. 

We will calculate shipping fees and adjust them based on the best offers from our couriers to minimize costs and maximize savings for you, considering your location and our couriers' shipping rates.

We do not use flat rates because we aim to choose the most suitable shipping fees based on your specific circumstances.

 

III. Time for fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled on Mondays and Tuesdays with a delivery time of 1-2 business days for live plants or 3-9 business days for other kinds of stuff.

Please note that there is no guarantee for any plant shipments. We cannot be held responsible for damage or dead plants due to courier delays as we have no control over them. Hence, all risks associated with the delivery are solely the responsibility of the buyer. However, we are always trying to pack the plants in the best way to eliminate any damage that can happen and will have the best solutions in case the plants arrive in not good condition.

    Recommended For Shipping:
    • Pots & other nonperishable items live medium, mixture, soil, fertilizer, etc.
    • Plants with low sensitivity
    • To Rural Areas or outside city centers

    2. Express or Expedited Shipping

    • Fulfilled Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
    • 1-3 Business Day Guarantee
    • Available all year, with a heat pack and insulated box in winter.

    Recommended For Shipping:

    • Live Plants with high sensitivity
    • Gifts or other date-sensitive orders
    • Shipping to all of Canada (Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes).

     

      V. Plant Safety

      Ensuring the safety of your plants is our top priority. We understand the significance of delivering your shipment accurately on the first attempt. Therefore, we have made significant investments and efforts in our packaging and processes to guarantee a pleasant online plant purchasing experience for you.

      1. Packaging Detail

      We assure you of exceptional packaging and safe delivery of live plants from our greenhouse to your doorstep within the specified timeframe. We will do our utmost to resolve any issues that happen with the shipments unless there is little else we can do. Please contact us if you have any concerns. 

      We request that you record an unboxing video so that we can see how the plants arrived. If you receive your package on time and the plants do not meet our usual standards, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it.

      2. Delivery

      We pride ourselves on speedy plant delivery. Typically, customers receive their orders within 2-7 business days from the date of purchase.

      All items will be dispatched within 1-5 business days of purchase and customers will receive tracking numbers by email.

      If you purchase anything outside of those time frames, your order will be given top priority and will be shipped on the following Monday.

      REFUND POLICY:

      Our ultimate goal is to provide you with a positive plan purchasing experience. While we carefully select only the best plants from our greenhouse for transportation to your doorstep, unfortunate incidents can occur during transit, which is beyond our control.

      In case of any issues with your order, please contact us immediately if you received a damaged plant or a wrong item, and our team will promptly evaluate the problem.

      In case of any plant health issues during the 7-day guarantee period, kindly send us a picture and retain your plant, and we'll provide you with a store credit for any plants that fail to meet our quality standards. Please note that this plant guarantee only applies to plants shipped using express shipping methods.

      Regrettably, we cannot accept plant returns due to shipping constraints. 

      If you've received the incorrect plant or are missing a plant, we'll refund the full value of the incorrect or missing items. Shipping refunds will be made at our team's discretion and based on the items in your order. Please be advised that we do not re-ship incorrect or missing plants.


      Non-perishable items

      If you encounter any problems with your purchase within 14 days of delivery, please contact us and provide a photo to request a refund or exchange.

      Please keep the original packaging and the product in the same condition as when you received it.

      Once we have processed your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.

      To expedite the exchange process, we recommend making a separate purchase for the new item and returning the original item. This will provide more time for us to process the returned item.

       

      *** CANCELLED ORDER:

      If you wish to cancel your order, a full refund can only be issued if we have not yet sent your order to the courier. Otherwise, any cancellation will be deemed unacceptable.
