Q. What is your return policy?
As a small business, we endeavor to maintain competitive prices and therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on your order. Please read Page Shipping & Refund for more details.
Q. When do you restock plants?
We do not have a predetermined schedule, but about 1-2 times/per month. Whenever a restock is available, we will make an announcement on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
Q. Do you have a retail location?
We kindly request that you inform us in advance and receive our acceptance before visiting our locations, as we cannot guarantee the availability of plants without prior arrangements for pickup. Moreover, we do not permit buyers to select and buy plants directly at our address without a prior agreement. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Q. Can you ship outside Canada?
As a small business based in Canada, we are only able to offer shipping services within Canada.
Q. How do you pack and ship the live plant?
We normally pack our plants in sphagnum moss mixed with perlite or high-quality medium in eco-friendly boxes and ship them through our contract couriers. The plants after shipping and unpacking will be required to be repotted in suitable containers. Please contact us if you need advice about that.
Q. Do you ship to P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, no we do not ship to P.O. Boxes because the couriers do not allow that option.
Q. Can I expect to receive the exact product that is shown in the picture?
Please note that the plants you receive will be exactly the ones depicted in the pictures. However, it is possible that the leaves may have some blemishes as a result of transportation or their fast growth.
Q. Can I do pick-up?
Yes, you can. Please contact us for more details before placing the order. Our location is Vaughan, Ontario.
